Neither. A purchase order reaches a supplier as a WhatsApp message and by email, and they confirm it from a link with nothing to download. Sending is one tap from the order — Mise prepares the message and opens WhatsApp with it.

No. Scanning is not metered on any plan, including Starter. You are priced on locations and users, so a busy month never costs more than a quiet one.

One location is one site that holds stock — a restaurant, a hotel kitchen, or a central commissary. Starter covers one, Growth up to three, Scale up to ten. Anything beyond that is Enterprise.

Yes. There is a read-only demo with no signup at all. The 14-day trial is separate and needs no card either.

It stays available for 30 days after your trial or subscription ends, so you can export or come back. Every approval, delivery and issuance is exportable while the account is open.
